We did it again!

Innova Homes Realty Corporation has been recognized as the Top 3 Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developer in North Luzon for the year 2021. This highlights the company's contribution to the national government's Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive (BALAI) Filipino Communities Program.

The plaque was received last April 8, 2022 during the Pag-IBIG Fund Stakeholders' Accomplishment Report for the year 2021.

Innova Homes Realty Corporation was given a Special Award during the Pag-IBIG Fund's Chairman's Report for 2021 held last February 24, 2022.

The recognition was given to commemorate Innova Homes as one of the best performing accredited developers of Pag-IBIG Fund in North Luzon.

Innova Homes continues to strengthen it's mission to provide affordable and quality housing units for every Filipino family.

March 8, 2022 marks the Innova Homes' 17th year of providing quality and affordable homes for every Filipino family!

A signing ceremony was held, last May 7, 2021, to officially mark Innova Homes' backhoe donation to the Municipality of Marilao Bulacan.

The event was attended by Marilao Municipal Mayor, Hon. Ricardo M. Silvestre, Innova Homes President, Ms. Lani Elena A. Bate, together with other members of the Municipal office and Barangay officials.

The donation of the heavy equipment will greatly help in water dredging and future community development projects at Barangay Nagbalon, Marilao.
